Chris is a composer based in Liverpool, England.
He composes for a wide variety of genres and contexts, from concert works for piano or small ensemble to orchestral and electronic music for games, audiobooks, TV and films. His music often blends a variety of styles, from traditional orchestral music to electronic textures and popular music.
As a flautist, Chris has always enjoyed classical music but he also played guitar in rock bands for several years and continues to perform on both instruments in theatre bands for musicals. He also studied his BA Music degree at Leeds University, where he specialised in contemporary composition and music technology.
Aside from composing, he also works as a music lecturer and creates online educational resources for the next generation of musicians.
